We're a small team and we like hearing from the people who drink our coffee. Whether it's a question about an order, a wholesale enquiry, or you just want a roast recommendation, reach out any of these ways and a real person will get back to you — usually within one business day.

Chasing something about an existing order? Include your order number and we'll pull it up straight away — you can also check status any time on our order tracking page. We read every message ourselves — there's no call-centre queue and no bot, just our small team in Jerusalem. During opening hours you'll usually hear back the same day, and always within one business day. If your question is a common one, our FAQ may already have the answer, and our journal is full of brewing tips while you wait for the kettle.

You'll find us at 12 Histadrut Street in central Jerusalem, open Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday mornings until 2pm; we're closed Saturdays. Pop in to pick up an order, talk through what to brew, or just say hello — visitors are always welcome, and there's usually a fresh pot on. If you're coming specially for a wholesale tasting, drop us a line first so we can have the right coffees ready for you.
