Shipping & Delivery
How and when your coffee reaches your door.
Because we roast to order, your coffee is made fresh before it travels. Here is exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Processing & roasting time
Orders are roasted and prepared within 1–3 business days. Coffee is roasted after your order is confirmed, so a short handling window is what keeps your bag fresh rather than pre-bagged and aging on a shelf. Gear and accessories that don't need roasting usually ship on the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery across Israel typically takes a further 2–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to central areas are usually quicker than outlying regions. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the roastery so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over ₪199. For orders below that threshold, a flat delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address. There are no surprise charges after checkout.
Local pickup in Jerusalem
Prefer to collect in person? Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at the roastery on Ha-Histadrut Street. We'll email you when it's ready — pickup orders skip the delivery fee entirely.
Tracking your order
Every shipped order comes with tracking. You can also check status any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email — no account required.
Problems with a delivery
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't turn up, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it quickly. We'd rather over-communicate than leave you wondering where your coffee is.
