Your trust matters to us as much as your coffee. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information Kahwa Home collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to run the shop well.
Information we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, along with the details of what you bought. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. If you sign up to our newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
How we use it
We use your information to roast, pack and deliver your order, to send order and shipping updates, to answer your questions, and — if you've opted in — to send occasional news about new roasts and offers. We don't sell your personal data to anyone, full stop.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary with the partners who help us operate: delivery couriers to get your order to you, our payment processor to take payment securely, and our email provider to send transactional and (opt-in) marketing messages. Each handles your data under their own safeguards.

Our site uses cookies to remember your cart and to understand, in aggregate, how the shop is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the cart and checkout work.
