These terms apply when you use the Kahwa Home website and place an order with us. By shopping with us you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable.

Ordering

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm your order by email, and a contract is formed once we accept and begin preparing it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — in which case we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (₪) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to price accurately, but if a clear error appears we'll contact you before charging. Payment is taken through our secure payment methods at checkout, and your order is prepared once payment is authorised.

Products & availability

Coffee is a natural, seasonal product; flavours, origins and availability change with the harvest, and images are representative rather than exact. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we can't guarantee every item is always in stock.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse our content, or place fraudulent orders. The Kahwa Home name, logo, text and images belong to us and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

We stand firmly behind our products through our returns and happiness guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
